Terms of Service

By using ParkTime, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old, and the information you give us — your name, about you, and your dogs — should be accurate. Log in with your own Facebook account, not someone else's.

Communities on ParkTime are private and member-run. To join one, you answer a few questions and an admin reviews your request — admins can approve, reject, or remove members at their discretion, to keep their community made up of real neighbors. We don't control individual admins' decisions.

You keep ownership of what you add — your dogs' photos and names, your About Me bio, check-in notes. By adding it, you're giving ParkTime permission to display it to the approved members of your community(ies), which is the whole point of the app. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, or anything that identifies someone else without their OK.

Check in honestly — don't use ParkTime to misrepresent where you are. Don't harass, threaten, or impersonate other members. Don't create fake accounts or use the app for anything illegal. We can suspend or remove accounts that don't follow this.

ParkTime helps you know who else is headed to the dog park — what happens once you're there is between you, your dog, and your neighbors. We're not responsible for the conduct of other members, their dogs, or anything that happens at a physical park. Use your own judgment, the same as you would meeting any neighbor in person.

ParkTime is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or that check-in information is always accurate — it's only as good as what members enter.

To the extent allowed by law, ParkTime isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including anything that happens during an in-person interaction with another member.

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use ParkTime after an update means you accept the revised terms.
