How to delete your ParkTime account and data

Just want to leave a community?

That doesn't require deleting your account — use Leave community in the menu inside the app. Your account and other memberships stay intact; you can rejoin later with admin approval.

Deleting your account entirely

To permanently delete your ParkTime account and everything tied to it — your profile, dogs, About Me bio, check-in history, and community memberships — email support@parktime.dog from the address associated with your account and let us know you'd like your account deleted.

We'll confirm your identity, delete your data within 30 days, and reply once it's done. This can't be undone.

Removing ParkTime from Facebook

Removing ParkTime's access from your Facebook settings only stops us from receiving new login requests from Facebook — it doesn't delete your ParkTime account. Email us as above to also delete your account data.
